Håkons Hall, an ice-hockey stadium, is a fine example of contemporary Norwegian wooden architecture. It includes the Norges Olympiske Museum, which recounts the Norway's performances during the Olympic Games. Lysgårdsbakkene ski jump is quite remarkable, and there is a unique view from the top of the tower. 15km from Lillehammer is the Olympic Toboggan and Bobsleigh Run is the only artificial one in Scandinavia; visitors can try it out on a bobsleigh or toboggan.
