Archbishop's Palace Interesting : Michelin's recommendations

The palace was first the archbishop's residence until being occupied by the Danish governors after the Reformation, and later requisitioned by the army. The east wing (12C) is the oldest and is given over to the reception rooms. The west wing (13C) housed the archbishop's apartments and study. The palace underwent numerous works, most notably in the 15C, when it was fortified. Having been restored in 1975, it now receives official guests. The museum is in a brick building and boasts a fine collection of medieval sculptures.
