This museum of the mining company houses rich collection illustrating the history of the mine from an industrial and technical point of view. Of particular interest are the inventions of Christopher Polhem (1661-1751), father of mechanics in Sweden. The history of iron production methods is illustrated by tables and scale models. The minerals, as well as the collection of metal blocks used to strike coins from 1650 to 1717 and huge 18C copper coins, are also of interest.
