Gustafsberg : Michelin's recommendations

The car ride from Uddevalla affords magnificent views over the fjord right up to the charming village of Gustafsberg, an enclave of the past. Well-maintained houses, prettily decorated and lavishly ornate, date from the mid-19C, when the village enjoyed its heyday as a thermal spa. The thermal baths were closed for good in 1970 and the complex was transformed into a youth hostel.
