Uniquely beautiful paintings by Dalarna painter Winter Carl Hansson decorate this farmhouse, which in the 18C was one of the three largest in the region. Hansson took three years to complete his works. The most interesting ones are those in the summer pavilion, where you can see a “stairway of life”, which illustrates the path taken from the cradle to the grave.
