  Good wine selection. Many interesting crackers and other starters were wonderful. Largely conceptualized dining experience.

  Service was a little lacking, experience-wise. Otherwise attentive.

  Food is alright at times throughout our meal. Quite sober and scandinavian in style.

  Cons

  Setting is terribly austere and sterile. The lighting is too ambient and makes focusing difficult.

  Pros

  Une cuisine nouvelle, élaborée et avec du goût. Pas de carte, vous avez le droit de choisir entre 2 menus avec un nombre de plats différents. La surprise arrive avec l'assiette. Un régal pour le palais et pour la vue. Laissez vous guider par les conseils du serveur pour le choix des vins. 4h à table et ravi d'y être resté toute cette soirée.
