das ist mein restaurant. das konzept so einfach wie genial. es gibt nur "vorspeisen". dies bezieht sich auf die grösse der teller. man bestellt einen teller, sobald man fertig ist und noch lust hat den nächsten. und was auf den keller kommt ist einfach wow! ich habe mich selten in einem restaurant so wohl gefühlt und bin dabei gleichzeitig so gut bekocht worden. ein absolutes highlight, matbaren verdient wirklich jedes lob welches es bekommt. top class!
