This magnificent replica of a Renaissance palace built in 1907 houses the largest Scandinavian cultural history museum, founded by Artur Hazelius. The collections cover all the Nordic countries and represent everyday life and work from 1520 to the modern day, and the evolution of living conditions in Sweden. A natural complement to the Skansen open-air museum.
