This is the Westminster Abbey of Swedish monarchs: may they rest in peace! The Riddarholm church is the only medieval monastery to have stood the test of time. It was consecrated around 1300. Over the centuries, several chapels have been added to the main building, but the forged iron steeple was only added after the great fire of 1835. Today it is one of the symbols of the city.
