Markets are always fun places, and this one in Victoria is no exception. Navigating between the Seychellois, tourists and “Madam Paton” (white cattle egrets with yellow bills), you will find a profusion of produce in the colourful stalls, from seafood to spices, fruits and vegetables of all kinds. The market is at its most vibrant on Saturday mornings. You can also watch the spectacle from the upstairs terrace of the restaurant.
