Join this 3-day, 2-night adventure from Johannesburg through the heart of Africa on an authentic African safari. Ride in open-top safari vehicles and search for game through Kruger National Park.
Day 1:
Your African safari experience starts in Johannesburg. After being picked-up from your hotel, head east to spectacular Mpumalanga ("Place Where the Sun Rises") via Nelspruit and White River. Enter the world-famous Kruger National Park, and spend the afternoon looking for the Big Five. This park has more recorded species of wildlife than any other African game reserve. Return to the hotel in the late afternoon with the smells of traditional South African cuisine filling the air.
Day 2:
Enjoy breakfast before you again enter the Park for a full day of game viewing activities. Keep an eye out for the Big Five, diverse bird life, and more. Stop at one of the rest camps for lunch (lunch is not included), and then spend the rest of the afternoon in the park.
Day 3:
Enjoy the morning at your leisure, and then get ready for the return journey to Johannesburg. Travel via Graskop, where you will stop for lunch (lunch is not included), and over Kowyn Pass to the small town of Pilgrimsrest. You will also pass through Lydenburg, Dullstroom, and Belfast.
