One of the most popular tourist attractions in the country on account of its casinos, the Ezulwini Valley lies among hills and woodland enlivened by jacarandas and exotic species. Here also stands the royal town of Lobamba. Built around the royal kraal, it is the setting for two cultural events of great traditional significance: the Umhlanga in August and the Incwala in December. These ritual celebrations bring together young unmarried men and women for courtship purposes.
