Agüero : Michelin's recommendations
Set back from the road running between Huesca and the Pyrenees, Agüero is a peaceful medieval village. Fortified in olden times, it has retained its steep narrow streets and a fine Romanesque church dedicated to St James. It owes much of its character, however, to the impressive sugar loaf hills (mallos) dominating the area.
