Alquézar : Michelin's recommendations
Alquézar stands in a spectacular setting: the village appears at a bend in the road, perched on a rocky promontory and dominated by its collegiate church-castle, built on the side of the Vero canyon. It is a maze of uneven alleyways lined with houses bearing coats of arms and stone doorways. Its small, arcaded Plaza Mayor is particularly charming.
