Alhama de Almería : Michelin's recommendations

Northwest of Almería, nestling between two very different landscapes (the Tabernas desert and the lush Sierra de Gádor), Alhama de Almería is a thermal spa with water at a temperature of 46°C. The town boasts several seigniorial mansions, a café (El Tertulia) dating from the early 20C, and pastry shops selling delicious biscuits known as rosquillas.
