To mark the supremacy of the Christian faith over Islam, this church was built on the former great mosque of which the foundation stones can still be seen on the southern façade. The baroque portal that you can see today hides the hearly gothic façade decorated with gargoyles and fantasy animals. The fairly simple interior is topped with a cross vault that is fairly complex. Standing in the sacristy, the museum contains some priceless 16C priest's clothes.
