This late 15C-early 17C building has an interesting mix of architectural styles. Inside, note the various ogival, circular and pendentive vaults, as well as the remarkable works of art such as the Assumption of the Virgin by Pacheco, a Holy Virgin by Giuseppe Cesari, a manuscript by St John of the Cross and Christ in the Olive Garden by El Greco in a chapel on the left, that is closed off by an elegant gate designed by Master Bartolomé (16C).
