Bonanza : Michelin's recommendations

Bonanza is a small fishing village 4km north of Sanlúcar de Barrameda on the banks of the River Guadalquivir. Every day, just before 5pm, a fish auction is held here, carried out in coded language which is totally incomprehensible to the uninitiated. A fun and unique experience!
