Bornos : Michelin's recommendations

Bornos stands beside a large reservoir, the Embalse de Bornos, 12km from Arcos de la Frontera. Unlike many of its fellow villages, it is not completely white. It does, however, have some of the best architecture in this part of Andalucía. Among its noteworthy buildings, admire the originally Moorish Castillo-Palacio de los Ribera, and the late-15C Gothic church of Santo Domingo.
