Busquístar : Michelin's recommendations

Busquístar stands at the entrance to the lovely Trevélez valley, in the heart of the Alpujarras. This tranquil village is “Mozarabic” in style, in other words built by Christians living here under Muslim rule, but who kept their faith. The sparkling whitewashed houses are, however, less striking than those in the neighbouring village of Poqueira.
