Cabra
: Michelin's recommendations
Tucked away in a landscape of valleys carpeted in olive trees, Cabra appears as a swathe of white on the side of the mountain of the same name. The castle and parish church (Parroquía de la Asunción de los Ángeles) overlook the town. Throughout the year, the sanctuary of the Virgen de la Sierra, dedicated to the patron saint of the town, is a popular place of pilgrimage. The statue of the Virgin is carried to the village once a year, on the occasion of the feria of Nuestra Señora de la Sierra.
