Canjáyar : Michelin's recommendations

The village of Canjáyar is situated halfway between Láujar de Andarax and Alhama de Almería. Its whitewashed streets, stretching up a hillside at the foot of the San Blas hermitage, have kept their Moorish appearance. The parish church, dedicated to Santa Cruz (Holy Cross), dominates the village.
