The Barrio de la Morería at the foot of the ruined castle that dominates the town is a tangled maze of bright twisting alleys cut by endless stairways. You would think you were on the other side of the Mediterranean, in North Africa. Take a look at the Iglesia de Nuestra Señora de los Dolores (Our Lady of Sorrow), with its fine Renaissance cloisters and an interesting Baroque altarpiece above the high altar.
