This strange building stands on Plaza de la Virgen del Valle. First, you will cross the spaces like patios made up of walls and arches belonging to a former church. Note the elegant Renaissance tower decorated with azulejos. The neo-classical church in the shape of a Greek cross houses the statue of the Virgin of the Valley (13C), patron saint of Écija. Admire one of the altars which is an early Christian sarcophagus from the 5C with scenes from the Old Testament.
