Guadalcanal : Michelin's recommendations

Guadalcanal lies 11km north of Alanís in the Sierra Norte de Sevilla. Once a fortified town, it retains impressive remains of its medieval walls. The Iglesia de la Asunción (Church of the Assumption), built on the site of an old Moorish fortress, and the Guaditoca hermitage, an important place of pilgrimage, are well worth a visit.
