The Royal Andalucian School of Equestrian Art
: Michelin's recommendations
In a fine private house in 19C French style, built by Charles Garnier (the architect of the Paris Opera) and surrounded by well-kept gardens, the Royal Andalucian School of Equestrian Art has established its offices. It is possible to attend the show The Dance of the Andalucian Horses (Cómo bailan los caballos andaluces), a real equestrian ballet performed by impressive Andalucian horses and riders in 18C costume to Spanish music.
