Pros
Staff is very helpful, especially in support of the pretty complicated WiFi use. Rooms in the upper floors have a nice view on the harbour and the sea (we were11th floor). Food and room service are OK- exceptional is the view from the roof terrace restaurant. Despite the grand avenue passing in front we did not suffer from traffic noise on the 11th floor.
Cons
Room and bed are pretty small, not really 4 star standard. WiFi access has not satisfactorily been resolved (as in many other high rated hotels).
