  C’est au moins notre 10 ème visite depuis 5 ans de ce sublime petit restaurant niché dans la vieille ville de Marbella et toujours un delice de saveurs savamment mêlées. Nous sommes revevenu 2 jours de suite et toujours une recherche de produits exceptionnels. une présentation raffinée. un service impeccable, ni trop, ni trop peu. de merveilleux conseils. Bref, du rêve a l état pur. Il mérite vraiement leur 2ème etoile. Messieurs du Guide un petit effort....

  We tried the tasting menu. The service was incredible! The host was very friendly and we enjoyed chatting with him Every dish was sooo good!!! The dessert was extremely amazing. My favorite was the honey cone and milk. I love how the honey cone melts into your mouth as soon as you taste it. The chocolate at the end of the dinner was sooooo good! Chocolate macron, you can't go wrong with that. Those were some of best chocolate I've ever had! I really enjoy dark chocolate!!

  A little pricy. The soup that came with the squid were a little odd....unless you like creamy and sour soup; The paella would be better if it's less saltier

  Beatiful setting, modern innovative cooking, great service, well deserved Michelin star. The carrot, garlic and orange soup was particularly delicious

  Me and my girlfriend had a wonderful evening egen dining at Skina. It was a very varm friendly mood, almost like a family dinner. We highly recomend this resturant to others that enjoy fine dining. - Helpful staff, they work hard to make the quest satisfied. - Nice way to display the food. - Tasteful and inovative food. - Good selection of wine.

  3e fois en 3 ans et toujours aussi remarquable . Accueil et services extraordinaires et sans pretention , creativite des plats interessante, carte des vins remarquable a prix tres corrects, rapport general qualite prix excellent . Merite sa 2e etoile rapidement .,. Nous reviendrons

  C set la 5 eme fois que nous nous y venons en 2 ans et la qualité tant du point de vue gustatif que du service n a cesse de s améliorer. Nous y sommes allé avant hier et y retournons demain. A ne pas manquer sous aucun prétexte. Excellence a tout point du vue

  Reservado el mismo dia para un aniversario. Hemos tomado el menú degustación: 74,69 €/persona. Pedimos un Mas de Masòs 2001 y al no haber, Marcos Granda (sumiller) nos ha ofrecido de la añada del 96 (nos lo dejaron al mismo precio 69,16 €). Gran bodega y carta acristalada. El trato ha sido muy bueno, rápido en el servicio y en el trasvase de platos (en total creo recordar que han sido 9 platos, dos postres). La comida rica en sabores y combinaciones. Profusion del uso de flores que complementaban sabores. Cuidada presentación y mezclas muy llamativas. Adornos en platos sin exagerar ni enmascarar la materia prima principal. Olores muy ricos. Un buen establecimiento, con una cocina rica. Tamaños de las porciones mas que suficientes. Una de las joyas de Marbella en un entorno tranquilo que hay que visitar.

  Cons

  En un restaurante de esta categoría que te cobren el cubierto (3.95€) creo que no es de recibo. El restaurante es pequeñito, por lo que la proximidad a las mesas vecinas es demasiada. Cocina algo ruidosa.

  Solo puedo decir lo enriquecedora que fue la experiencia , tanto por la comida , llena de sorpresas, como por la presentacion y atencion por parte de todo el equipo y esa amabilidad natural, sin agobios que nos hizo pasar un rato estupendo.

  We liked the location in the old town of Marbella.

  Cons

  Though we, Dutchmen, have eaten in a lot of good restaurants around the world we found this style of cooking far too experimental. It made us laugh. Escoffier was good, the nouvelle cuisine finer (but not always) but this is over the hill. The waiter was smelly and he touched all the spoons when explaining the sequence of the cheeses. Not worth a star.

  La Skina for me was a full experience, the serving staff were very attentive and were happy to help in any possible way with the food and drink choices to complement my meal. The setting for me was perfect, the town moved around you as the meal goes on and the restaurant seems to slot right into its surroundings. The food itself had clearly had much thought put into both the flavour and presentation, and nearly everything worked well.

  Cons

  The town that I mentioned can get a little noisy at times - if for example a scooter drives by - but i found that it didn't particularly detract from the experience. Their range of choices is perhaps slightly small when it comes to food, but not restrictive. On one desert there was a not-so-appetising "bailey's strip" but aside from this everything was perfect.
