This stunning square, the nerve centre of the old quarter, is the place to sit down on a terrace amongst the flowerbeds which surround the stone 16C fountain and the small grove of orange trees. Notice the 16C town hall decorated with wrought iron balconies and an attractive Mudejar doorway, the house of the Corregidor with its monumental stone facade and a refined balcony and St James Hermitage the first Church in the town (15C).
