Completely dedicated to olive production, Martos stands on a hill in the Jaén countryside amid an immense sea of olive trees. The winding streets of this historic old town are dotted with charming hidden corners. Many of the aristocratic houses here date back to the 15C-18C, giving Martos an elegant and distinguished air. The town’s main shops are located around Plaza Fuente de la Villa.
