Olvera Travel guide
Olvera : Michelin's recommendations
Beautifully located on top of a hill, Olvera is renowned for its olive oil. It is dominated by the massive silhouette of its castle keep and by the neo-Classical Iglesia de la Encarnación (Church of the Incarnation). The old quarter, a maze of steep alleyways lined with whitewashed houses, lies at the foot of these two monuments.
