This street includes two superb palaces. The old chapter house, an original baroque 18C building, is by Alonso Ruiz Florindo who designed the belfry of the Church of Mercy. The two buildings have individual pilasters with partitioned decor. A strange copy of the Giralda crowns the door. In the Palace of the Marquis of Gomera notice the cornice enlivened by helixes and waves and the attractive stone doorway crowned with large shield.
