The wife of the 4th Duke of Osuna founded this religious Convent of the Order of Mercy in the 17C. The patio is decorated with a magnificent base layer of Seville azulejos (18C) on the theme of the five senses which is found again on staircase and on the upper storey of the patio. The convent houses many paintings, sculptures and works of art including a collection of Baby Jesuses, various Goldsmith's works and a baroque retable from the 18C. The church is similarly baroque.
