Paterna del Río : Michelin's recommendations

This village surrounded by groves of chestnut, holm oak and poplar trees is part of the Alpujarras (on the Almería side). The church of San Juan Bautista has a coffered artesonado ceiling, characteristic of the Mudéjar (Moorish) style.
