This church was built in late 16C Gothic style and renovated in Baroque style in the 18C. The Chapel of the Sacred Heart, a masterpiece of Andalucian Baroque art, is the main attraction. In this place, with its almost magical atmosphere, do not miss the exuberant decoration of the plasterwork by a local artist, Francisco Javier Pedrajas. Despite the profuse decoration, the overall effect is one of lightness and delicacy, a real feast for the eye.
