The strange Chapel of the Sufferings of the Virgin is made up of a simple open roof up against a wall and borne by two pillars and two small columns. On each pillar there are four emaciated bodies holding the roof up with their arms and with a rope around their necks; notice the expression of these half-human, half fantastic silhouettes. The chapel was renovated in 1734 on the site where the gallows used to stand.
