Founded par Alfonso X the Wise, it is the oldest church in Seville. On the outside, save for the Mudejar inspired tower, there is no precise style as a result of all the changes made over the centuries. The interior brings together a number of works including a superb Renaissance retable decorated with paintings (some are by Pedro Campaña) and sculptures dedicated to the Virgin, and a Virgin in the rosebush, a delicate masterpiece by Alejo Fernández (start of the16C)
