Sorbas : Michelin's recommendations

With its houses clinging to a steep hill, and the Río de Aguas forming a meander below, Sorbas is a particularly attractive village. Nicknamed Cuenca Chica (Little Cuenca), it is famous for its red clay pottery, which is mainly used to make heat-resistant kitchenware.
