Trevélez : Michelin's recommendations

Trevélez is the highest village in Spain, with the uppermost of its three districts built at an altitude of 1 600m. Its houses and narrow winding streets provide a splash of white on the mountainside, with Mulhacén, the highest peak on the Iberian Peninsula (3 482m), standing guard in the background. Trevélez is famous for its ham, considered by some to be the best in Spain.
