Begin by easing away your stresses with a thermal circuit, comprising sensational showers, hydrotherapy pool, counter-current pool, hydro-massage jets, steam bath, plunge pool, sauna room, and Japanese foot bath.
Then, if you chose Aqua-Zen, you'll complete your treatment with a soothing full-body Zen massage; if you select Aqua-Detox, you'll indulge in a rich, sea salt body polish followed by a warm mud body wrap, infused with lavender essential oil.

You must arrive 15 minutes before the time of your appointment; failure to do so will result in the delay being deducted from the time of your treatment. Please bring a swimming costume; towels, bathrobes, and slippers are provided. This activity is not recommended for pregnant women or anyone with high/low tension or skin problems. Under 18s are not admitted. The spa is closed on Christmas Day and New Year's Day.
