What a €200 meal at Albert Adrià's restaurant looks like

AF-P Relaxnews - 2012-06-08

Albert Adrià, brother to legendary Spanish chef Ferran Adrià, is taking cues from other avant-garde restaurateurs by adding more sensory layers to the dining experience at 41° Experience including music, light shows, and a ticketing system for dinner.

The recently revamped Barcelona restaurant takes inspiration from Mugaritz in San Sebastian, which layers a Michelin-starred meal with music, and Grant Achatz's Next restaurant in Chicago where diners must buy tickets much like a theater or sporting event.
