The current building was built at the end of the 13C. on a site which once boasted the old Roman cathedral. Inside there is so much to see. There is the chapel of Saint Sacrement ; the chapel of Santa Llúcia, the last relic of the Roman cathedral; la crypt of Saint Eulaly ; Bernat Martorell's masterpiece, the Transfiguration; the magnificent horn; the chapel of the Virgin of Montserrat ; the incredibly peaceful cloister and the Capitular museum. And that's just the beginning.
