The city's History Museum is located in Casa Clariana-Padellàs (15C), a fine example of Gothic civil architecture. A tour of the museum highlighting the city’s history starts in rooms dedicated to the foundation of the Roman city, and includes a visit to the vestiges of the old Roman town discovered beneath the square. Finish your visit at the Palau Reial Major, inside which the Salón del Tinell Santa Águeda chapel are open to visitors.
