The new marina, the work of engineer JR de Clascà, has become one of the town's busiest and most popular leisure venues and boasts countless bars, restaurants and terraces. The view from the top of the striking Hotel Arts and Torre Mapfre (153m) is quite stunning, extending on a clear day as far as the island of Mallorca.
