The construction of this hospital complex marked the start of the Barcelona health service (1401), and gave the town some civil architecture. As soon as you move into the patio, you will notice the facade of the Convalescence home, whose initial simplicity hides a hall adorned with exuberant mosaïc plinths in several colours and Tuscan columns. The Gothic central patio, will impress you by its size.
