Cons
This restaurant was our one and only negative experience in Spanish Basque Country. Probably since we were not Basque, we were denied (our order was taken even after a long time of waiting), other people (later coming in) got all attention and after trying (from our side) to settle the dissatisfaction we were hammered again repeatedly. Avoid this location when you are in Bilbao (may be unless you are Basque), there are a lot way better ones where you will feel very welcome!
