Blanes Travel guide
Blanes : Michelin's recommendations
Blanes is a major tourist resort centred around Calle Anselm Clavé. The magnificent Passeig Marítim stretches between the Santa Anna point and the “tombolo” (offshore bar) of Sa Palomera. From the promenade, enjoy a panoramic view of Blanes and its beach, with a marina at one end. The ruins of the castle of Sant Joan stand above the town, while the 14C Gothic Santa María church, further down the hill, houses a fine Baroque altarpiece.
