Caldes de Montbui : Michelin's recommendations

Sheltered by the El Farell mountain, Caldes was one of the most popular spa towns on the Iberian peninsula during Roman times, attracting bathers to its hot spa waters (70°C). The town is also famous for its production of carquinyolis, small, dry almond biscuits.
