The food is disappointing. I have no idea why Michelin is recommending it. The chef is completely unskilled. The menu is from the 90ties (sweet sour pineapple sauce) and before (Sauce Bernaise). Each dish had severe problems. A chef must taste that! "Loin of prime cod served with cepe mushrooms and leek cream sauce": My wife likes salty, for her it was oversalted. My son or me could not even eat a spoon of it! Eveything served as a tower like in the 90ties. "Fresh squid and iberian pork scrolls served with ink sauce and rissotto rice": Where has been the pork scrolls? To make Risotto is an art that obviously not everybody can do! :-( "Iberian pork roasted with sesame salt, sweet and sur chili and pineapple sauce": No respect for the products!! The pork was completely overcooked. The Pineapple sauce was so oversweet that the whole dish was just a sugary something. I felt so sorry for the fantastic products ruined so badly. As I don't like pineapple sauce or bernaise, I asked just for light sauce with the Iberico. They can not do, so I got my pork with pan fried potatoes and some small vegetables. Unfortunately also my pork was roasted to death. Still you could taste the high quality of the product. The very friendly service was unexperienced.

Pros
Cooking and food was phantastic and it is close to a Bib Gourmand maybe even one star. The chef has travelled abroad which is rare in Spanish chefs and that shows uo. A lot of bang for the buck !! There is a view to the kitchen so there are some chef's tables.
