Los Canarios : Michelin's recommendations

This village was once a spa town, but the eruption of the San Antonio volcano in 1677 buried the hot spring. Impressive craters have been created by the Teneguía volcano, which emerged in 1971. There have been impressive lava flows in recent years, and farming takes place beside the new volcano.
